How do I pick up an OPD note on my home PC after starting it on my chamber laptop?
Yes, but only if the system writes every change to a server, not to a local file you have to email yourself. Anything else means the second device is working from stale data.

Can I attach scope or derm photos to a patient record without making them public?
Yes, but only if the photo lives inside the same scoped, signed-URL system as the patient record. Anything else leaves lesion imagery in a public cloud bucket by accident.

Can I write faster at the OPD without becoming a faster typist?
Yes. Type less, don't type faster. A consultation template removes the structural repetition of every consult. A personal prescription library removes the repetition of every drug you've written before. The two together take most of the write-up off your keyboard without changing how you type.

Can I crop an endoscopy image to just the lesion without Photoshop?
Yes. Capture the frame inside an adjustable region of interest, write the crop rather than the full frame. The crop has to happen at capture time, not after.

Is there a dictation tool that learns how I write chief complaints?
Yes, but only if 'learns' means two specific things. Save every phrase per field, then feed that same field-specific list back into the post-speech rewrite as grounding. Anything else forgets between sessions or bakes in a generic drug dictionary that mangles your shorthand.

How do I price my consultation fees as a new private practitioner?
₹300-600 in tier-2 cities, ₹600-1,500 in metros for year one. Anchor on local market rates for your experience level, not your senior's fees or hospital salary.

Plan for ₹4 to 12 lakh for a solo GP-style OPD in a tier-2 city, ₹8 to 25 lakh in a metro, and ₹30 lakh to ₹1 crore once you add a procedure room or imaging. Rent vs buying the space, plus how many chairs you need, drives most of the gap.
